The IED Engineering Design Awards come to EDS for 2026, recognising the people, products and ideas making a meaningful difference across engineering and product design.

Celebrating the People Behind Progress

EDS is where engineering ideas, technologies and expertise come together. This year, the show will also recognise the people turning those ideas into meaningful achievements.

Taking place on 7 October, the Institution of Engineering Designers’ Engineering Design Awards will bring 150 senior engineers, designers and industry leaders together at Coventry Arena.

Across eight award categories, the evening will celebrate outstanding individuals, innovative products and the positive impact of engineering design, with a keynote from Dr Lucy Rogers MBE FREng.
