 Tony Vanderheide is a Senior Project and Programme Management Leader with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex engineering projects across automotive, aerospace, marine, and industrial sectors. He has led large cross-functional teams and driven operational transformation, sustainability initiatives, and commercial growth for global clients including many of the UK’s Automotive OEMs along with Aerospace and Defence clients. As a certified PMP, Tony combines strategic planning and governance expertise with hands-on leadership, achieving notable results in ADAS, connected vehicle, and electrification programmes. He is recognised for shaping high-value outcomes and building resilient, future-ready operations across engineering and technology landscapes and is now embarking on a new venture in Agritech.
