For nearly 40 years, I have worked in engineering, product development and manufacturing, solving technical challenges and developing products that are practical to manufacture and commercially successful for my customers.

As Technical & Production Director at Demand Technology International, I work with businesses ranging from innovative start-ups to global OEMs across a wide range of industries - medical, automotive, industrial, consumer, military and technology.

Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of product design, manufacturing engineering, materials, tooling, production processes and global supply chains. Working with specialist manufacturers around the world has given me a broad understanding of how different materials, technologies and manufacturing processes can be applied to solve engineering challenges and deliver practical manufacturing solutions.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is helping customers explore manufacturing approaches and opportunities that sit outside their normal scope of experience. Drawing on knowledge gained across many industries and manufacturing disciplines, I enjoy working collaboratively to find pragmatic solutions that balance technical, commercial and programme requirements.
