 Richard is a fully qualified UK and European patent attorney with over 30 years’ experience in the profession. Richard is a partner at SH&P and heads the patent department. He advises clients of all sizes from single inventors through startups and SMEs to large corporate clients. He files, and prosecutes to grant, patent applications in the UK and all around the world for clients. His approach and advice to all clients is firmly based on the commercial realities that they face, and he works closely with all clients to ensure that they reach their desired outcome from the patent process.
