Now Chief Operating Officer of Divrsity and Founder and Director of OutEngineered, Poggy is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Manufacturing Professionals and as a National Diversity Awards finalist from over 85,000 nominations, and holds several advisory positions with the Royal Academy of Engineering, Engineering Council, Engineering Professors’ Council, Women in Manufacturing, and LGBT Foundation, amongst others.
