Oliver Buhlinger is a Chartered Engineer and CEO & Founder of GO LEAN Ltd, with three decades of experience in engineering innovation, automation, and operational excellence. Oliver has received honours including the Operational Research Society President’s Medal, Smart Factory, and Brunel Mentoring awards.

Since founding GO LEAN in 2018, Oliver has driven the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge, safe, and electrified solutions to clients ranging from SMEs to global enterprises.

GO LEAN Ltd, is an engineering & technology company and manufacturer of material handling & lifting, automation & robotics, and autonomous solutions. GO LEAN has recently built a virtual twin simulation of a 750,000 square foot factory to introduce autonomous handling and has worked on automation projects including with the Gates Foundation, nuclear, defence, biopharma, electronics, fast moving consumer and white goods.

Oliver has mentored over 60 students and championed STEM since 2014, and has recently been featured on the Brunel Campus for his work.
