Nicola is the Managing Director of AND Technology Research and founder of The Embedded Accelerator — a 12-week programme for embedded tech innovators ready for their next stage of growth. She works with electronics founders and university spin-outs, pairing technical fluency with strong business acumen to help them link tech vision to market viability. Nicola has a PhD in Maths, sits on the University of Essex Enterprise Board, mentors on the NHS Entrepreneurs scheme, and is a UK National BSI Committee member for medical devices.
