Michael Roberts has worked exclusively in the global electronic component industry since 2014. In 2018, he founded MRSL Group with a simple goal: to build a recruitment business that genuinely adds value to the industry through knowledge, relationships, and trust,not just recruitment.

Over the years, Michael has built a strong international network across manufacturers, distributors, EMS providers, and OEMs, helping businesses find great people while supporting professionals throughout their careers. He believes that strong industries are built on strong relationships, shared knowledge, and giving back to the community. As a member of the EDS Advisory Board, Michael is proud to support the continued growth of the global electronic component industry and help create more opportunities for the next generation.
