Mark started his working life as a Trainee Accountant in Local Government but very quickly realised that the world of Finance was not where he wanted to build his career!

He joined Molex Inc as UK Sales Co-ordinator in 1983 and moved up through the organization. He spent 34 years with Molex in various Operations and Sales roles including Operations Director (Molex Premise Networks), UK Distribution Sales Manager, Regional Distribution Sales Manager - Northern Europe, EMEA Distribution Corporate Account Manager and eventually Senior Manager Global Distribution.

In January 2020, Mark joined Harwin PLC initially as Head of Global Distribution and then Global Head of Sales. In 2021 he was approached to join C&K Switches (later acquired by Littelfuse Inc) and then joined Cap-XX in 2023 in his current position, as European Sales Director.

Mark lives in the UK, is married, with 2 daughters and in his spare time enjoys all sports (the knees can only manage a round of golf these days), music, theatre and socializing.
