James is a researcher and disability advocate who specialises in product innovation and strategic research at JLR, and has worked with academia and startups on technology transfer and intellectual property. James's areas of expertise are in Systems Thinking, Sustainability strategy and Inclusive Design, and he has advanced degrees from The Universities of Cambridge, Coventry and Bournemouth. James believes that businesses can create the greatest mutual value for themselves and for the planet through socially led innovation, and he strives to build products, services and strategies that benefit everyone.
