Grant Douglas is the Founder and CEO of Douglas Hardware LTD, a UK-based startup specializing in the ground-up development of modular, consumer-focused computer peripheral hardware. A Northumbria University alumnus with an Enterprise Placement background, Grant leads the end-to-end product design cycle, combining firmware programming, PCB design, and production 3D modeling with full business operations. He has successfully taken complex hardware from initial concept through rigorous EMC immunity (EN 55035), radiated emissions (EN 55032), and RoHS compliance testing to achieve UKCA conformity certification, while securing competitive funding such as the Santander UK Universities bursary. Grant is a strong advocate for sustainable electronics engineering.
