Dmitro Khroma
Dmitro Khroma is the co-founder and former CTO of Swytch Bike, where he led the engineering behind the world's smallest and lightest eBike conversion kit — shipping over 100,000 kits to customers in 50+ countries, scaling the team to 75 people and generating $80M in lifetime revenue.
A design engineer by training (Mechanical & Design Engineering, University of Bristol), he took Swytch from UK prototype to mass production, including eight months on the factory floor in China and a supply-chain crisis along the way. Swytch's kits have won Red Dot, iF and D&AD design awards.
Today Dmitro works as a fractional CTO and burnout coach to hardware founders and technical leaders, supporting them to ship incredible products without scaling their stress. He also facilitates leadership team offsites and speaks on the engineering and human realities of scaling a hardware business.
