Claire MacPherson is an experienced contracting strategy and management advisor. She has enjoyed a career spanning over 30 years, delivering pragmatic, business orientated expertise concerning the identification, mitigation, management and exploitation of commercial risk.

Following a varied corporate career working for businesses of different sizes, styles, risk appetites and maturities, across industries including defence, energy, transport, IT and security, Claire realised a long held ambition to bring her skillset to the SME community when she established Erinacus Consulting in November 2024.
