Carlstien Castillo-McEvoy is STA’s Engineering Services, responsible for Engineering and R&D division. Carlstien holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineer with Biotechnology (UMIST). He is a member of Institute of Circuit Technology and of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.
