Andrew Grabham is an engineering leader with more than 20 years' experience delivering innovative mechanical engineering solutions across aerospace ground support equipment, heavy steel fabrication, automation, marine renewables and new product development.

Throughout his career, Andrew has led multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through to manufacture, combining strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of production, quality and commercial delivery. He has played a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies, helping to push engineering and design boundaries to bring innovative products from concept to reality. His experience spans engineering leadership, product design, design for manufacture, structural analysis, validation testing and the successful introduction of complex engineered products into production.
