Innovation Management Masterclass from the iED
On Wednesday 16th October at 10:30 the iED will be hosting a masterclass where you will learn the basics of the Innovation Management System, how the adoption of a standardised approach can lead to differentiation and gain insights into your own organisation aligned to the standard.
Launched in July 2019, ISO 56002 is the new international guidance for innovation management systems. accelerated rates of disruptive innovation can be seen as both an opportunity and an existential threat for organisations. This is why consensus for good innovation practice can be so valuable as a basis for organisations to develop their own leading practice, adapting to and shaping external forces to their own advantage through an innovation management system.
