A new blower platform for increased efficiency

MAE proudly introduce the new Universal Blower BU82-130mm By-Pass 2 stage, which provides important improvements in terms of efficiency, life and performance, with a compact design and reduced dimensions. Compared to the motors traditionally used on scrubber machines, the new blower can provide the same air performance with reduced input current, which enables a longer battery life. On the other hand, it can achieve up to 20% higher air performance with equal current consumption and a better noise performance than traditional motors. The total increase in efficiency is huge and ranges from 27 to app. 37%. The advantages offered in terms of efficiency, current consumption, battery life, dimensions and weight make the new Universal Blower BU 82 – 130mm By-Pass 2 Stage the perfect choice for battery-operated wet & dry cleaning applications. The new design is incorporating the highest standards in bearings and fan housing protection, which makes it suitable for harsh environment applications. It will be available with a peripheral exhaust system to start and tangential in a later stage. This innovative and versatile motor is already available for your new projects in the DC version. The AC version will follow shortly.
