I've been receiving emails from external companies. Are they legitimate?

Here at MA Exhibitions (organisers of EDS), we have recently become aware of a series of fraudulent emails to speakers and exhibitors from companies claiming to be officially partnered with the show, offering marketing services, access to the show's data and/or hotel reservation services. We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them. Your security is important to us, so if you're unsure whether or not an email you have received is fraudulent, please get in touch and we'd be happy to verify it for you.
