Robafoam Ltd is a specialist company whose technology and expertise are focused on the automatic application of foam seals. With over 30 years of industrial adhesive and sealant experience, we provide the precise, robotic application of 2D and 3D compression joints for high-performance IP-rated seals, NVH requirements, bonding, potting, and encapsulation across industry sectors

Robafoam’s main focus is our Contract Gasketing service which applies high-performance foam seals directly to customer parts. The flexibility of our 6-axis robot systems, combined with our foam application technology, means that we can seal one-off prototypes through to high-volume production quantities. 

Robafoam’s other core business is the manufacture of 1K foam application systems to apply 3D foam seals that can be incorporated within the customer’s production line. Once the equipment is manufactured and integrated, we also offer a technical service to support sealing demands from concept design to full production integration.
